Hi Wayne,
I have no experience with these devices.  There are supposed to be  
instructions in one of the RTTY handbooks.  I will look through the  
few I have and see if I can find any instructions.

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THESE RE-INKER KITS?   
NONE OF THE KITS I HAVE OPENED HAVE ANY INSTRUCTIONS IN THEM.
