[GreenKeys] Who was it? I have forgotten and I am embarassed!

I received an image from a Greenkeyer showing the really nice job they had done building a stepping 
switch PBX.  I had a really nice Western Electric one that was surplus to our needs.  I somehow confused 
this telephone and telegraph genius with Gil Smith and sent the switch to him.

Gil (great guy that he is) is willing to trans-ship the switch to the person who really needs it.  Please 
reply if you are that special person.
