[GreenKeys] 43 teletype supplies

Hi Folks,

I was wonderin' if anybody knows of a "reasonable" (read cheap & less 
than a case load), source for ribbons (that work) and that stupid width 
fan fold tractor fed paper that the 43KSR.  I have ribbons and paper 
rolls comin' out my yingyang for 15's through 35's, but can't seem to 
get a handle on 43 stuff, or maybe it just not out there anymore???
