[GreenKeys] 850 shift on 3,129.5 Khz?

You can't decode it.
I don't know what it is, but I'd pay KILOBUCKS for a T.U.
that would decode the stuff!
I haven't put a scope on it, but I've played with SWL RTTY
for years and from what I hear in the tones, it is:
o Changing speeds.
o Goes from rightside up to upside down.
o Switches from start/stop to bitstream.
It really CRANKS ME OFF big time - because there are sooooo
many stations like that one, that are 20 over S-9 here and
I can't print a single one!
