Thank you John,

They used to be special order, but since the average adult is much 
taller than years ago, they have become quite popular.  Both Kohler 
and American Standard make them as well as Eljer.  We chose the 
Kohler model named "Cimmeron"  they are available at Home Depot and 
Lowes.  It only took about 10 to 15 minutes to install them and they 
work better and use less water than the older toilets.  Look for the 
term "chair height" in the description.  They come in both elongated 
bowl or round bowl style.  Standard set-back is 12" but you can order 
them with a 10" set-back as well.
