Roy,

I totally agree.  And have for 20+ years.  Computer so-called RTTY is just 
another manifestation of the 11 Meter appliance operator syndrome.  Buy it, plug 
it in and presto you're an expert.  I seldom keep a computer more than a 
couple of years before upgrading it to the latest and greatest.  But I don't play 
with computers, I work them (sometimes to death)  When I go out to the shack, 
I step back to a different era, and expect to have fun, not work, even though 
I often make money out there while having fun.  :-)
