Well, if your TU outputs 232 (std or mil polarity), you can hook it to 
TTY-Connect.  It can take baudot from the TU at 60-, 66-, 75-, or 100-wpm, 
and convert it to ascii at 110-baud, to drive your M33 on the low-voltage loop.

You already have the pcb Jack, but you will also need the micro.
