Larry,
Aside from being a treasure trove of 6SN7's, it is a regen repeater for TTY circuits. Honestly, it has little value these days. A single UART chip can do more than the TT-63 can do. I have been stripping things like that lately for the transformers and such. I've seen several articles about how to use it for Ham RTTY, but those articles are 20-30 years old.
One year, when I was around 16 years old, my Grandmother asked me what I would like for Christmas. I told her I'd like to get a TT-63! She thought I was nuts, but she gave me the $20 and I got one out of a CQ magazine ad. I don't think I ever did anything with it. (Santa brought me a Model 26 when I was 15...)
73,
