Back in 1976, Feb., March and April to be exact there were 3 articles
written on Interpreting Weather Data. I suspect it was because of the
WBR-70 broadcasts out of Florida at 100 Wpm and 60 Wpm that brought on
the interest in doing this. K4GMH was the author of these publications.
It looks as if they might have been from a RTTY journal of that time
frame. In the event anyone is interested in a copy of this, drop me a
line off line. Or maybe Mike, K4GMH might have some input here as well.

BTW, frequencies for WBR-70 were: 6855 and 8105. I also remember
copying them down on 3270 or something like that, or maybe it's just my
imagination. WSY-70 out of New York was on 5940, 8110, 13,620, 16,250.5
and 20,907 Kc. It's noted here that these frequencies were at 60 wpm
and 850 shift but i distinctly remember running my 28 ASR at 100 wpm for
hours on end printing out weather data. That was one of the ways i
proofed printers that i had overhauled, take them home and run them for
hours on my ASR doing weather data. Didn't have a hard loop in the TTY
repair shop. Hard to tell how many rolls or boxes of paper i went
through. I think finally i put a paper winder on the ASR so i could use
both sides of the paper.

"Dem" was good days or rtty!
