Perhaps I do not know how to read this information....  If it is full  
why do we need more?

Sour 414.9 million bbls
Total 700.1 million bbls

Royalty-in-Kind to be Delivered   0.7 million bbls

Note:  Royalty-In-Kind deliveries are currently scheduled to extend  
through August 2005.

The fact we haven't built new/additional refining facilities anywhere  
in this country in over 30 years is probably as much reason as any  
other .

Plus, futures go up every time anything, good or bad, occurs in the  
Arabian Gulf region.
