NO SPITTING AT CAMP DAVID, PLEASE
 
     The Navy is updating the  telecommunications network at the president's 
sprawling Camp David mountain  retreat in Maryland, and contractors are being 
put on a short leash. But not  just because of the obvious security concerns. 
It seems the Navy want only clean  and courteous contractors to do the work in 
30 different buildings (who knew  there were so many?), not including the 
president's Aspen Lodge. For example  nobody can park on the grass. And please, 
please no junk trucks that drip oil on  the driveways. "All vehicles and 
equipment found to have fluid leaks will be  denied access," says the Navy. Finally: 
No smoking and no smokeless tobacco or  chaw. It makes chewers spit.
