It is a military solid state TTY terminal capable of receiving and 
transmitting ASCII and BAUDOT codes. Speeds 45.5 50 75 150 300 600 and 1200. 
and built to survive a freight train collision. Weight 100 LBS.

Thge ribbon cartridge is long gone.
