[GreenKeys] AN/UGC-74C(V)3 Terminal

I am probably dumber than the rest of the guys on the list, but I don't know 
what an "AN/UGC-74(V)3 terminal" is??  I'm probably too far away, but humor 
me if you will, and possibly enlighten someone else, hi.
