[GreenKeys] Hoffnet update

Hi Roy:

I'd like to see some HoffNet stuff going as well.  I can't transmit, but I 
can receive.  I'm in Arizona, so I don't know how much of the country I 
could cover with my random-wire receive antenna, but I can pick up some of 
the ARRL bulletins.

I have started implementing features into the TTY-Connect software for 
HoffNet selcal etc, but it is not quite done.  I'll update the group when I 
have a HoffNet release ready.
