  Well, I just talked to Bob Armstrong at the VCF show - he tells me there 
are two problems to hooking up a 33 to the 6120:

   The current crystal needs to be changed to a value that will allow 
operation at 110 Baud.   This is a not a big problem.  However:

   The current software does not support tghe 'reader run'congtrol line to 
the reader on the TTY, and thus will overrun the buffers when reading 
tape from a 33.  This is Not Good.

   There are two solutions:

   An external device (PIC, etc) to change Baud rates and do flow control.

   Wait for Bob to finish his new model, which has support for ASR33 built 
in.

   He remembered you, and suggested that you call or write for more info, 
and that also there has been much discussion of this on the 6120 maillist. 
Someone else has made a PIC interface and has it working, apparrently.
