Hi John:

Did you by any chance build one of those PDP-8e clones from Spare Time 
Gizmos?  It was a year or two ago.  I built one and I think Bill Buzbee did 
as well.

I have not done much with it, but I'd like to have it talk to my M33.  I 
believe the 33 was the console provided by DEC with the early PDP machines.

But all I have done with the 8e clone is to load OS8 over the serial 
port.  Do you know whether os tweaks are needed to provide tty i/o?  What I 
would like, is to have FORTRAN running on the 8e,  via the M33.  A few 
digital i/o pins as well, and I could have it do something interesting.
