Hi Gang,

I got the WRU up and running last night on 10.137300.  I will be sending
bulletins today on the hour on 10.137300.  if you have transmit
capability up and running give me a call and do try the WRU as I want to
test it out under actual on the air conditions.  

The sequence to trip the WRU answerback message is:

      12 (ltrs) 5 (spaces)K4EEGZW

followed by immediately dropping your carrier.

The answer message is:

12 (LTRS)  5 (SPACES) DE K4EEG, ROY, BIRMINGHAM, AL 4 (LF) NNNN 12
(LTRS)

I had several nice QSO's on the frequency yesterday evening so activity
is starting to build up.  Hurry up and get a 30 meter antenna up and
join in the fun.  I am continuously monitoring (no SELCAL yet) so drop
me a note.  If II am in the shack, I will come back to you.
