It is nice to have the qth.net maillists back up.


I currently do not have any RTTY decode capability set up right now, but
still spent some time listening for Roy's transmissions on 10.137300 MHz.

Several of his transmissions from Alabama came through quite well here in
Maryland.  I heard several transmissions about 7-8PM Saturday and then
again about 4-5PM Sunday.  A few times the signal faded a bit, but most
should have been copyable if I had had the equipment set up.  It would
have been interesting to listen more to see how conditions varied.  I
heard him almost every time I was listening.


My big ham radio project for the weekend was picking up a new equipment
rack.  Several weeks ago I had been rearranging equipment in my two racks
when I found out that one of them had too narrow an opening between rails
and would not take some items.  Now I should be able to finish that
project.
