[GreenKeys] ARRL RTTY Broadcasts

Hi

Last time I looked pretty much everything coming out of Newington was 
at the 1KW power level. They seem to prefer Harris commercial gear for 
the broadcasts. Still doesn't get a signal in here late at night on 20. 
Of course I can copy them just fine on 2 meters 24 hours a day .....
