[GreenKeys] Problems on Proposed Autostart Frequenfy 10.133

Hi,

What is the feeling on a frequency that is not a round multiple of 1 
KHz? We might do better dodging to a mid point (say 10.137500 or 
10.137600) ....

I have to do some antenna work before I can get much up and running. I 
should be monitoring by this weekend.
