[GreenKeys] Problems on Proposed Autostart Frequenfy 10.133

Hi

I simply pulled 10.133 out of the air as a starter frequency. If there
is a bbs / repeater already on the frequency then we don't want to go
there. I would suggest that 10.134, 10.135, 10.136 and 10.137 all make
at least as much sense as 10.133. The only advantage to 10.133 or below
is that the Norcal single band radio board tunes to about 10.134 with
the stock crystals. Obviously we could take care of that if we decide
to make up a set of the boards.

About the only thing I can see about any of the frequencies on the list
is that 10.136 is a multiple of 8KHz. That's not a big deal but if we
decide to do a home brew synthesized a transmitter it would come in
handy.

	Enjoy!
