[GreenKeys] Looking for book

Does anybody have the text book for "Telegraph Principles and Application,
Training Course D5" published by AT&T Long Lines?  I'm currently scanning
the instructor and student guide that goes with it to put on CD ROM.
Would sure like to be able to add the textbook to it.  If you have one
to sell, or to lend for copying and return, please contact me.

I've tried Worldcat and abebooks and there doesn't seem to be a
library that has it, nor one for sale in any used bookstore.

Copies of the CD ROM are available on request at any time; but right
now I'm doing a massive addition to it so you don't want to request
a copy right now.
