My 62 year old 356 cu. in. straight eight with nine main bearings is 
quite reliable. Lots of torque.  It has an inverse oiler that 
provides Marvel Mystery Oil when ever the engine is under load.  You

Not sure what any of this has to do with Teletype machines. 
Engineering interest I guess.
