Withhold judgement if you like about the person-in fact, as far as all 
email reflectors are concerned, you SHOULD refrain from personal 
comments... but absurd prices are absurd prices. I don't know what purpose 
there is in listing something like what I saw in that ebay ad, for that 
price; but we ALL know what it's approximately worth today-previous (new, 
to the government) prices notwithstanding. Somehow it seems like there must 
either be some kind of joke; or, failing that, a monumental exercise in 
futility, since it might go-if it went at all-on a good day, for $20 at a 
hamfest; and surely not $200-even on ebay.

And while we're talking prices, that was my $0.02 worth-on a good day here.
