Don, et. al.,

While I have not first hand operational knowledge of the UGC-74 I can tell
you that the UGC-129 is one workhorse of a machine.

Granted, it can't take the 24x7 abuse like the Model 19 or the 28ASR but
with a little TLC they proved their worth to both me and my comrades in the
USAF.

And actually, I like the -129 a little bit better due to the small
footprint, small weight, speed shift capability and no need for a loop
supply.

As for the price tag, again, I don't know about the -74 but the -129 didn't
cost anywhere near $22,000 brand new.  In fact I think that price is about
$20,000 too high.
