Their chassis design uses four corner extrusions that hold 1/16" (.062) 
aluminum panels for front/back/top/bottom.  The sides are L-shaped 1/8" 
alum pieces that are also the rack ears.  Since the front and rear are 
1/16" aluminum, they are much easier to drill and nibble than most chassis 
designs.

Not particularly cheap:

2RU10   $46.75     (2U rack unit, 10" deep)  --  add $5.00 for black 
anodizing on front/rear panels

Ships flat.
