[GreenKeys] Dovetron #8 Arrived.

Hi,

Forgot to mention that mine got here Thursday. As usual the UPS route to CT
goes through a black hole that's down a bumpy road. The box was in pretty
good shape compared to some I've seen (only a few large chunks out of it).
The unit is repairable with a little bending of the sheet metal back into
place. None of the controls or connectors got clobbered.

None of this is a reflection in *any* way on the packing of the unit. The
box and the packing matterials were 100% first class stuff. Plenty of
padding and a very strong box. The waterproof plastic was a *very* nice
touch.

UPS tends to be a bit rough out here. One package in three arrives here in
crummy shape. The package before this one came in without a top on it..
Fortuantely the Dell server in that box had not fallen out of the hole ....

I'm sure the Dovetron will fire up just fine. As far as I can tell the unit
was never issued. It's just been sitting somewhere for the last 20 years.
Compared to the stuff I see on eB** this is a *very* nice unit. I had
forgotten just how nice one of these looked when it was new. Definately an
excelent deal !! My congratulations to all involved in making this happen.
I'll even give you guys an "A" for packing. UPS gets their usual marks for
care and caution .....
