For those of you who like to read aviation weather around, the RCAF has
a couple of freq's that are use 75WPM with 850 cycle shift. The id says
"Nova Scotia" but i think they may also be broadcast from Vancouver
Island in the Northwest. Copy is good in the afternoon on the 6.496
freq and 10.536.32 also.

Now the thing is, where are these stations they are giving the weather
for?

When you print the info out, the first item in the line ie; KBOS, is the
station identifier. Go to WWW.AIRNAV.COM and select airports from the
blue menue. When the page comes up, type in the identifier you saw on
the line. You'll get the all the airport information. As an example
when you put in KBOS (Boston) you also get down the page on the right
side a block called "METAR". Similar type data. Use that web site to
find out where these weather reports are coming from. I've not tried
but a couple of these id's so there may be some that don't show up.
Have fun!

Just trivia! Lists are to quiet these days.....
