Depends on what you want to use it for, of course.  You can do a lot with
just the standard 2.1kHz (or whatever it is) filter.

500 Hz CW - This is the one I'd add first.  Good for narrow shift FSK and
makes listening to CW more pleasant.

6kHz AM - If you want to use the general coverage capability for listening
to shortwave broadcast or to listen to ham AM then consider adding this.
You can still copy with the standard filter at reduced fidelity.

Minimally.  There is some FM voice activity on the top end of the 10M ham
band.

About 15 seconds of searching with Google finds specs for the TS-430S that
say receive current draw is 1.2 A.
