I have found CompUSA to be the "computer" equivalent of "Toys-R-Us"...

Last year, when they posted losses and the CEO said he didn't understand
why, I sent him e-mail, blasting the hell out of his company, and
suggesting that maybe if he ACTUALLY VISITED a store and TRIED to find
something, or ask for HELP, he'd come up with the answers REAL FAST!

I'd rather pay the extra money and get the toys from a store that shows
interest in your business.
