[GreenKeys] Printing tape punch

Sounds like a "punch-interpreter".

We used them in a communications hut that we built for the Air Force. It
would punch tape, and then print the punched character so when you'd
pick up the tape you knew what it said - unless you were a RTTY fanatic
like me - in which case you read the binary code...
