[GreenKeys] What is to become of NADCOMM?

While the California State RR Museum at Sacto might be a reasonable
environment for the display of such equipment, I think that Chicago's Museum
of Science and Industry might be the more appropriate in terms of maintenance
of the equipment and for actual, working displays.
