Hi Don,

YL was Morse code shorthand for Young Lady. When you married her, she 
became an Ex-YL. Slightly better, and safer, than old lady, although most 
hams were called OM (old man).

I wish I had room for one M28 (sigh). Maybe after my youngest finally 
leaves home I will get a small corner of his room. He will finish up at the 
two year school he is attending in December. Then he wants to transfer to a 
four year college out of state. He just hasn't decided which college.
