[GreenKeys] Model 19 - Motor speed setting

Hi,  can anyone tell me what is the proper tuning fork to be used to set the
speed on the motor on my Model 19 set.  I have a 180VPM fork but am not sure
it is correct. I could not find this information in the manual.
