[GreenKeys] Rubber seal around top of 28 KSR cabinet lid

On the model 28 cabinet that I got, the rubber seal that goes around the 
underside of
the top lid is totally dried out and flaking off.

Has anyone found a way to replace this seal, from commonly found parts 
(like maybe
auto weather stripping or some kind of appliance gasket, or weather stripping)?
