[GreenKeys] Heavy Metal

Jack,
  Here's one way:

o From within MS Word, "File->Save as", then save the file as text
      (i.e. fname.txt)

o From within HeavyMetal, "File->Transmit ASCII File". This
should initiate a file selection dialog box. Select the text
file you just saved. HM should then translate the file to
Baudot (or whatever) and print it out.

To explain those HeavyMetal file commands:

Transmit ASCII File - Assumes the source is ASCII, and will
translate it to the code you've selected in the Config Menu
before sending it to the loop device.

Transmit RAW File - Will transmit the file a byte at a time with
no conversion of any kind (other than truncating high order
bits to match your output code).

Is that what you were looking for - or something else? It certainly
wouldn't be difficult to add some automation here. I'm not aware of a
batch Word -> text converter (probably exists?), but it would be fairly
easy to add a feature to have Heavy Metal watch a magic folder or directory
and automatically print out (and then delete) any text file you drop into
it.
