[GreenKeys] Model 32, 33, and 38 print hammers

I'd buy some of those repro hammers.  Heck, they would do quite well on
ebay!  Nadcomm funding.  

Maybe find a way to order repro paper tape.  I know of no source for 5/16"
or 3/8" (plain or gummed) stuff for tape printers, or 7/8" perf tape for
Kleinschmidt use (I'm not certain whether 6-level tape was 7/8" or 1").
