I have a Dovetron here and have not got it running yet either.. There is 
one jumper needed on the back of the thing.. (pause to go look at 
it).....connect the two phono jacks marked Regen OUT and Regen IN with a 
jumper.  That may do it.

Welcome to the club. .It is supposed to generate a string of RYRY's but I 
can't make it do that.

I have at least most of the manual for the MPC1000 CR II and will be glad 
to make you a copy of what I have early next week.

Ok I'll go look up what QRV means.. (there's a lot I don't know yet.)
