Hi Gil, 

My Engineering Handbook of Conversion Factors has the 
following:

One Ton Refrigeration (Commercial) x 288800 = BTU/Day
One Ton Refrigeration (Standard) x 288800 = BTU 
     (Note unit change)

One Ton Refrigeration
x 200 = BTU/Minute
x 1.0 = Refrigeration Short Ton
x 83.33 = Pound Ice Lost/Hour

Haven't been able to help the list members much with 
Teletype questions - this is the least I can do.
