[GreenKeys] Model 19 character spacing

I just replaced the type bar carriage on my Model 19.  It works great
except that the first 2 characters on each line are so closely-spaced that
they overlap a bit.  All the other characters on each line are spaced
correctly.  Any ideas on what might need to be adjusted?  The only thing
that "went wrong" during the process was that the carriage return spring
slipped when I had that strap off and so I tried to rewind it to the
tension that I remembered feeling before it slipped.  I don't know if an
incorrect tension could cause my problem or not.
