If there is ever a posted schedule of the RTTY broadcast,
I would appreciate it if someone would e-mail it to me.
I used to monitor RTTY press feeds 20 years ago, and that
became the "core" of my RTTY hobby. I sure miss that! Also,
if anyone knows of a website that might post any "in the
clear" RTTY press feed reception information, I'd appreciate
that information as well. It seems to be more and more
difficult to find unscrambled RTTY press feeds as time
progresses. Sniff, boo hoo, WAHHHH! <ensuing temper tantrum
coming, must shut down computer...> One last item- I know
that the MFJ-1278 has some internal encryption/decryption
stuff- has anyone messed with it to see if it would decode
any of the RTTY press feeds?
Thanks very much to those of you who wrote and tried to help
me get my Dovetron Tempest interfaced to my PC. I never did
get enough information to do it, nor did I ever find anyone
else who had done so (other than receive only). Then I found
MMTTY! Plus scope, spectrum analyzer, and all the bells and
whistles offered by the Dovetron in a software/soundcard
package! And it works great! As much as I hate to admit it,
I'm going to leave the Dovetron on the shelf for looks only.
