[Great-River-DX] Great River DX web page

[Danny Pease]

The URL cost is $10.95 a year, hosting has been covered by my package and
will continue that way if we decide to keep the URL active. Actually, I
believe I can keep the GRDX web page active, it just will not have it's own
URL, it would be under my NG9R.com domain and URL.
