[Great-River-DX] Great River DX web page

[Danny Pease]

Cliff, QTH.net asks for a donation, but is not required. Since we started
this lest, QTH.net has been sent $35 total for use of our email list.
We can do a Google group, I use Google for a couple of other groups and
prefer them over Yahoo.
