I understand construction was completed but the system had not yet been commissioned when the owner passed away.  He was still working out the phasing system necessary to keep the beams adding correctly as they changed
bands.    I cannot imagine the size of the investment he had in this thing.
And if the story is true, that he never got to use it, what a shame.  Drool and dream away!!
