[GPS_Standard] Version 1.1 is released

I have put up Version 1.1 of my code with the bug fixes.  It also adds a new "F" parameter to control whether a rising ("00") or falling ("01") trigger is sensed for the 1PPS signal.  I've also added a small document which is more or less a review of the changes in the interface from Bert's system to mine.

Everything is at     http://www.evoria.net/AE6RV/GPSstd_PLL/Version%201.1

Unless there are some more unexpected bugs, or I have made a mistake finalizing the code, this should be my last post.

A special thanks to Jim Deitch, JG1KGS, without whose help with testing this would not have happened.  Also thanks to Dave Platt, AE6EO, for trying to educate me on PID control systems and cleaning up some of the code.

If anyone is interested, I am moving on to experimenting with an interpolating time interval counter.  My goal is to eventually make a daughter board, which, along with new code, will turn Bert's board into a sawtooth corrected PLL GPSDO system.  That may turn out not to be possible, in which case I'll try to make a new board from scratch; possibly using a dsPIC33.  It should be an interesting project.

Thanks for reading,

Bob - AE6RV
