[GPS_Standard] Using the Adafruit board with Bert's board

Mark and all,

Just a bit to add about the Adafruit.  The 1PPS output is only 2.8Volts, as it is designed to feed low voltage CMOS.  So, it may (most likely) be unstable with Bert's board.  But, not to worry:  A PN2222A common emitter amp with 1800 ohms in the base lead to the Adafruit, and 1800 ohms from the collector to +5V with the collector hooked to Bert's board seems to work just fine.  This will, of course cause a 180 degree phase lag, which, all things considered, is unimportant to us, but can be fixed by changing the software.
