I have seen similar things from eBay sellers in Spain. Maybe those things 
are extremely scarce over there and they can get those prices.

There is another eBay'er selling NE900275 FET's for $125 apiece. That's 
way too much money for 200 mW at 10 GHz. I got a couple of them a few 
years ago for $3 apiece. You can get an FMM5061 that puts out 2.5 watts 
for 10 mW drive from Down East Microwave for $100.

I downloaded the manual for free on Internet.  It only took a minute or so 
of Google searching to find it.  I don't know if an original printing by 
H-P is a collector's item but I only wanted the data and a free PDF file 
is fine with me!
