Hi, I am getting ready to start building me GPS Frequency Standard. I =
have
the PCBA and programmed PIC and a Garmin GPS-25-HVS engine for the =
project.

=20

Now, my question is about the hookup, voltage requirements and hints =
about
the HP 10544a (No Dash No) Crystal Oscillator for the project.

=20

This VCXO appears to require 24VDC for the oven heater in on Pin 14. =
Gnd on
Pin 15

+12Vdc for oven controller on Pin 8. Gnd on Pin 9

+12 Vdc for Oscillator / Amp on Pin 8. Gnd on Pin 4

10 Mhz out on Pin 1

Something Called EFC Input on Pin 7, Gnd on Pin 6 ??? Is this the =
control
voltage for TCXO Frequency ???

=20

My 10544A has a daughter PCBA attached Labeled =93 Oven Osc Series 1728, =
P/N
05328-60018=94 do I need or use this daughter pcba?

=20

What kind of current do I need for the various input voltages for this =
TCXO?

There are no pin numbers on the module, were can I find pin #1.

=20

Any help to point me in the proper direction.

Thanks

Rich KQ6EF
