[GPS_Standard] Another ZAZ Standard comes to life

Many thanks to Bert for the project.
Its taken a while and its still not properly boxed but mine seems to be 
working as it should, its been locked with default settings for about 5 hours 
now but I have noticed that the DAC is always creeping up ( currently 0207B ) 
with never a drop in DAC value. The ocxo, an HP10544A, has been alive for over 
24 hours now so I doubt its a temp problem. Am I expecting too much too soon?.
