[GPS_Standard] HP10544a now HP10811

Although the HP10544a has worked well for some, I had a unit with an exceptionally noisy (electrically) heater controller that made it impossible to have a stable 10Mhz signal on the controller board.  I attempted to filter out the noise with very little luck. However, replacing it with a HP10811 has resolved all problems and I am now tweaking parameters to get the best configuration.
